Beginners / Return to Yoga
This friendly, supportive course is perfect for those completely new to Yoga or returning after some time away.
Over the four weeks, you will be guided through the fundamentals — introducing postures, breathing techniques and gentle movement to help you build confidence, strength and flexibility at your own pace.
Feel Good February
For Feel Good February, our teachers have come together to offer a small series of nourishing, extended sessions as a big thank you to those who practise with us.
These longer classes are designed to give you more time to slow down, breathe, stretch and reset.

Inner Light Meditation Course

Join Jacqui Taylor for a four-week meditation course with a difference—designed to introduce (or deepen) a practice that helps you meet life’s demands with clarity, ease, and fresh perspective. This highly practical course offers tools you can use immediately and carry with you for years, helping to quiet the noise of the mind, return to inner peace, and allow your natural inner light—your courage, kindness, presence, and love—to shine.
Beginning on Wednesday 4th March at 7.30pm (90 minutes), sessions run on 18th and 25th March and 1st April (no class on 11th March).
An early bird rate of £55 (15% off) is available until 15th February, with the full price of £65 thereafter.

NEW Post Partum Yoga Class with Tessa
Join Tessa for a relaxed postnatal yoga class designed to help you rebuild strength, restore balance, and rest. We’ll focus on reconnecting with your core and pelvic floor, supporting your postpartum body and building a positive mindset as you navigate life with your new arrival.

Come with or without your baby, and enjoy time to move, breathe, and meet other mamas in a supportive space.

Health Coaching with Jan
You might recognise Jan from working downstairs in Hedgehog Organics where you’ll often find her sharing her love of healthy ingredients and all things outdoors with her customers. What you may not know is that Jan is also a qualified Health and Wellness Coach. She has been joining us at The Feel Good Hub to share how she uses her expertise in nutrition, exercise, relaxation and sleep to help people become the very best version of themselves.
