First Visit Guide

Your First Visit to The Hub

​We’re so pleased you’re joining us!

What to Bring

​We provide:

​

  • Yoga Mats

  • Bricks, blocks and bolsters

  • Pilates ball & Rings

  • Blankets

​

You’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

 

Please wear comfortable clothing you can easily move around in, and consider layers or a jumper for relaxation at the end of class. Yoga or Pilates socks with grip are welcome if you prefer this to bare feet (we leave shoes outside the main studio space).

​

We do have a drinks station if you wish to use it, or you can bring a water bottle along with you.
