Emma Molloy
Studio Owner
I completed my yoga training initially as a way to deepen my own practice & to incorporate Yoga into my daily life. I am still an enthusiastic student first and foremost.
What I didn’t realise at that time was that I was laying the foundations for a different future, a changed relationship with my busy thoughts & a deepening of an inner strength and resilience that 20 yrs in the health service (seeing both the fragility & joy of life every day) had shown me.
I practice a mixed form of Yoga depending on the day, sometimes moving my body & sometimes a slower more meditative style. Each time we practice it is a nod to a future self that is more equipped to deal with life, both in a physical / emotional sense. This is why I have come to love sharing it with others.
I truly believe that there is a form of yoga everyone. It may be sitting quietly on a mat in meditation, or moving though a vigorous round of sun salutations. It may also be different on any given day. My classes will therefore be varied with a theme lasting for a few weeks to give students time to learn, explore & develop. There will be options for all to experience.
I am not a lover of perfection, I am a lover of giving things a try, not worrying too much about the results (or how it looks) and going from there. Expect a relaxed style of teaching & there will always be a friendly face to greet you.
A recent injury forced me to stop (& take some time out with a leg in the air!) and a slow, mindful recovery made me realise it was time to make a few changes. So here we are, creating a new space dedicated for ‘feeling good’, a space for community, sharing some of my own hobbies (Yoga, Meditation, Running) & more! A place to encourage people to take care of their bodies & minds as best as they can, to enable us to enjoy life to its full potential (whatever that means for you). Hopefully providing a space for people to energise, refresh & get into their groove!
I look forward to sharing a class with you sometime!

Jacqui Taylor
Yoga and Meditation Teacher
I’ve travelled alongside Yoga on and off for over 20 years, using it mainly for movement and the flexibility that I felt I lacked. Yoga was all about doing then. No different to my running, swimming or biking.
Then I could no longer ‘do’. I learnt how to be.
Yoga helped me explore how to be in my body again after major surgery and illness. It started through meditation and breathwork then the Asana practice slowly came once more, but in a different way than before.
My intention is to share how Yoga might teach you to be in your mind and body, regardless of what you believe you can do or where you start from.
Through a combination of Vinyasa flow and Hatha yoga, meditation and breath, my classes focus on staying in your body; present in either movement or stillness. A balance of the strength we all have within us and the lightness and ease we need to be calm. As a physiotherapist, there is a focus on alignment, posture and caring for our bodies whilst adding in the appropriate amount of challenge to facilitate learning of what is possible. I hope that any self-inquiry or reflection which may arise will stay with you beyond the Yoga mat. And fun, oh yes, it is supposed to be fun and bring you joy. The joy of being, living and moving.

Amy Tindall
Yoga Teacher
Hey! I’m Amy, Yoga teacher, cancer charity worker and mum of two. I have been practicing Yoga for over 10 years, after taking my first class whilst studying at uni. I love Yoga because it helps my body recover from other physical activities, such as running, whilst also helping me manage feelings of stress and anxiety.
My classes incorporate a mixture of Vinyasa Flow, Restorative poses and breathwork. They are suitable for beginners and regular Yogis alike. My favourite pose is Happy Baby as it offers a great release in the hips, hamstrings and the lower spine!
I hope to see you on the mat soon!

Deborah Grossman
Adult & Children's Yoga Teacher
I have been practicing Yoga since 2001. My practice includes pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Seasonal Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Ashtanga Yoga.
Yoga's influence on my physical, emotional and mental well-being has been life changing and I am passionate about creating opportunities for others to experience the benefits it can bring.
My Yoga journey has been strongly influenced by the instruction and support I have received from the teachers who have inspired me and whose encouragement ultimately led me to train as a Yoga teacher.
My teaching journey started with teaching children; having always enjoyed working with children and holding a firm belief in making things better and easier for them, it seemed natural to combine two of my passions – Yoga and children.
If only I had known then how simple breathing activities could help me to feel a sense of calmness and balancing as a tree could help focus my mind.....perhaps exams wouldn't have been so stressful and bullying not been so distressing.
I now teach all age groups from babies and toddlers to teens and adults, including children with additional needs. My classes are influenced by the styles of Yoga I have practiced over the years and the teachers who have inspired me. I teach from the heart and with a sense of humour. I believe Yoga is creative, fun and educational, suitable for all ages and capabilities. Yoga gives us the understanding and practical applications to be the best people we can be and to live by our values; it is an honour to have this practice in my life.
I am a Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher, trained through SYA in Glasgow, am qualified with Birthlight to teach babies and toddlers, and am certified to teach Yoga for children and Yoga for additional needs.

Paula Cable
Sound Bath, Breathworks & Mindfulness Practitioner
I’m a sound bath, breathwork, and mindfulness practitioner. After experiencing the peace and beauty of sound journeys a few years ago, I felt inspired to train and deepen my understanding of this powerful practice. Since then, my passion has grown for anything that helps regulate the body and guide us to a place of emotional calm and rest.
I’d love to welcome you to one of my sound baths at The Feel Good Hub. You’re also warmly invited to join my Facebook group, where you can see more of what I’m up to and connect with a like-minded community.

Alice Faulkner
Yoga Teacher & Reiki Practitioner
I am a Yoga Teacher (Hatha, Vinyasa & Restorative) and a Reiki Practitioner (Usui Level 2).
My yoga practice is rooted in personal growth, meaningful connection, and a deep reverence for nature. I have a strong interest in the foundations of yoga—its origins, philosophy, and asanas—which I thoughtfully weave into each session. My classes are calm, grounding, and supportive, with a focus on body alignment and self-awareness. My aim is for you to leave feeling stronger, more self-assured, and more connected to your true self than when you arrived.
As a Reiki Practitioner, I find deep fulfilment in working with this gentle yet powerful Japanese healing practice. I hold a tranquil, nurturing space where you can fully rest, restore balance, and reconnect with your inner self.
Outside of yoga and Reiki, I love immersing myself in nature—whether that’s forest bathing, wild swimming, outdoor yoga, or getting lost in a good book.
